Pickup from store is free. Pickup orders are usually ready for collection within 1 business day, during weekends and promotional periods the handling time is longer. Gifts with order might differ from stated in pickup orders.

Typically, we ship orders on the same or next business day. Please note that large sales events may cause delays in handling and delivery times. The normal handling time for products in our warehouse is 1-5 business days, and during sales events 1-10 business days.

Delivery usually takes 1-8 business days depending on the destination, carrier and the chosen delivery method.

You will receive information when the shipment is available for pickup via text message and/or email. For home deliveries, if the the information provided by the customer includes a phone number or email address, the carrier may send the recipient a notification with the option to choose the most suitable delivery time. Other carriers, on the other hand, deliver orders without a separate advance notice. If you are not reachable during the delivery, the carrier will inform you how to proceed to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for the loss of deliveries made to the recipient without acknowledgment.
